Baraa's path into software started young, with curiosity about how websites are built and a stubborn refusal to accept "you don't need to understand that yet." Years later, that same instinct drives Baraa's work — to understand systems end-to-end, from the database schema to the typographic rhythm of a landing page.
Baraa believes software should feel inevitable: as if there were no other reasonable way to express the idea. For deployment Baraa runs Linux servers directly — no PaaS magic — with Nginx or Apache, supervisord, and a strong preference for systems Baraa can fully understand.
